Impact Fees

Effective January 1, 2026

All new service connections will be charged a $1,000.00 impact fee, (for developments utilizing a master meter, this fee will be assessed by the total number of dwellings).

Impact fees are one-time charges assessed to new connections to the water system. These fees ensure that new development contributes its fair share toward the cost of expanding water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution infrastructure.

Without impact fees, those expansion costs would fall on existing ratepayers. Impact fees allow the utility to maintain reliable service and fair rates while keeping up with community growth.
